The Group has a Central Warehouse which supplies products to the various branches on a daily basis. In some cases, and depending on the type of product, orders may be sent from the manufacturer to the branch offices or direct from the manufacturer to the customer.

We have all of the financial means, technical support and general services necessary to successfully carry out our activities. The group also works with a Centralised Global Information System (ERP) with an Oracle data base, a modern communications structure enabling various points of sale to connect to the head office and to each other.

The Group publishes an annual General Refrigeration Catalogue, as well as an Air Conditioning and Ventilation Catalogue. We also have a web site, an ongoing training programme for our personnel as well as open courses for our customers, among other activities.
